First Palace Checklist

1. Pick a place you know very well.
2. Choose 20-25 fixed loci.
3. Write loci in exact walking order.
4. Encode 5 test items only.
5. Walk and recall immediately.

Minimum Viable Session

• 5 minutes setup
• 20 minutes encoding
• 5 minutes recall walk

Quality Criteria

• loci are distinct and non-overlapping
• each scene has one dominant action
• recall is possible without notes

If recall fails, strengthen the scene. Do not change locus order.
